Ticketing Policy

Pass Purchase

A pass shall be deemed successfully booked only upon successful receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation by PremRatri or its authorised ticketing partner. Submission of a booking request shall not constitute confirmation unless the payment transaction has been successfully completed.

Pricing & Taxes

All pass prices displayed on the official booking platform are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified. PremRatri reserves the right to revise pass prices, promotional offers, or pass availability at its sole discretion prior to booking confirmation.

Confirmation QR Code

Upon successful completion of payment, the attendee shall receive a Confirmation QR Code through the registered email address, mobile number, or such other communication channel as determined by the organiser.

The Confirmation QR Code is not an entry pass and shall be used solely for verification and collection of the official PremRatri event pass.

Attendees are strictly advised not to share the Confirmation QR Code with any third party. Once the QR Code has been scanned for pass collection, it shall become invalid and cannot be used again.

Pass Collection

The organiser shall communicate the date, time, venue, and other necessary instructions relating to pass collection through the attendee’s registered contact details.

Attendees shall be required to present the Confirmation QR Code and, where requested, a valid government-issued photo identification for verification before the official event pass is issued.

Event Entry

Only the official PremRatri event pass issued by the organiser shall be accepted for entry into the event premises. The Confirmation QR Code issued upon booking shall not be considered valid for event entry under any circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Passes

Once the official event pass has been collected, the attendee shall be solely responsible for its safekeeping. Lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, defaced, or duplicated event passes shall not be reissued or replaced by the organiser under any circumstances.
