Entry Guidelines

Entry to the event shall be permitted only upon verification of a valid pass at the designated entrance gate. Each pass is valid for a single entry only, and re-entry using the same pass shall not be permitted. Passes issued for invitees, members, and guests are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable. PremRatri reserves the sole and absolute right to deny admission to any individual without prior notice or explanation.

Parking & Valet

Valet services and designated parking facilities are provided solely for the convenience of attendees. All vehicles and personal belongings are parked at the owner’s risk. PremRatri shall not be held responsible or liable for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property. Any damage caused to the venue, parking premises, or event property by an attendee may result in liability for repair costs and/or legal action at the discretion of the organiser.

Safety & Security

The event premises may be monitored through CCTV surveillance and managed by trained security personnel to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings and immediately report any suspicious activity or misconduct to the nearest organiser or security personnel.

The possession, consumption, distribution, or use of prohibited substances or items - including but not limited to alcohol, narcotic substances, illegal drugs, or weapons - is strictly prohibited within the event premises. Any violation of applicable laws may result in immediate removal from the venue and/or legal action under relevant Indian laws.

Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the course of the event. PremRatri, as the organiser of the event, shall retain the sole and exclusive rights over all photographs, videos, recordings, and other media captured during the event. The organiser reserves the right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display such content for promotional, marketing, social media, editorial, and archival purposes without any compensation, approval, or prior notice to attendees.

Further, the organiser reserves the right to request the removal of, report, or take appropriate action against any social media posts, photographs, videos, reels, or other content captured during the event that may be deemed obscene, defamatory, misleading, inappropriate, harmful to the reputation of the event or brand, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws or community standards.

Indemnity & Force Majeure

PremRatri shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, refunds, or liabilities arising due to cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of the event caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Attendance and participation in the event shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
